How to Download iOS 14 Beta
Device Preparation

Step 3. In the Windows search, write cmd and run as Administrator by right-clicking on the icon that appears.
Step 4. At the command line, write cd / “the path to the folder where the IPSW file is located.” For example, “cd C: / iOS /”.
